Registration Fees

The registration fee is non-refundable.  A $50.00 discount will be given if registration fee and Application are received by June 1.  No student will be allowed to register without paying the full registration fee unless prior approval is obtained from the Finance Committee.

Tuition

Tuition is payable in ten installments, August through May.  Payments are due on the  5th of the month.  Late charges will be applied after the 10th of month.  The School Board reserves the right to adjust tuition charges at any time during the school year.  Delinquent accounts will be reviewed and processed by the school Finance Committee.  Grades will not be transferred unless all tuition is paid.

Discounts

Parents with more than one child in this school will be allowed the following discount(s):

2 children  6% for each child’s bill

3 + children

 10% for each child’s bill

The school is subsidized by the Seventh-day Adventist church.  Students supported by an Adventist church member will receive a discount.  Other sponsorships are available on a first-come first-served basis.

The school appreciates prompt payment of tuition.  The following is a list of discounts and an explanation of the late penalty:

2% discount if paid in advance by the semester.
4% discount if paid in advance by the year.
2% penalty if not paid by the 10th of the month unless arrangements are made with the principal or business manager.

Bus Fees

There will be three fee levels for bus service: full-time service, half-time, and per ride. Billing is done monthly.

Sports Fees

Students are required to purchase a uniform for soccer and volleyball. The basketball fee includes uniform rental. A fee is assessed for each sport a student joins.

Music Charges

All students using the school's musical instruments shall be charged a monthly fee for instrument rental.  The renter shall be responsible for all repair charges incurred due to damage.  Any repair must be cleared with the music teacher prior to service.  Routine maintenance shall be covered by the rental fee.

Hot Lunch Charges

The school is fortunate to have a group of volunteers willing to provide hot lunch to our students two to three times a week.  (New volunteers are always welcome!)  The program usually gets started after Labor Day.  Students select and are billed for the lunches they would like to order.  They are then requested to eat the lunches they have pre-selected, since the amount of food cooked depends on how many have requested that menu.

In addition to our volunteer lunch program, the 8th grade class or SA occasionally sells pizza,  and Taco Bell to raise funds for their class.

Other Charges

Books, equipment, or other school property that is misused, broken, destroyed, or lost will be charged to the student(s) responsible.
