Kindergarten
Mrs. Tusken
Tomorrow is our trip to the Broomfield Rec. Center. Please make sure you pack a lunch for your child. I am still missing 2 permission forms along with money. Please turn in both A.S.A.P. Thanks.
Graduation is at 7:00 on Thursday. Please be at the school a little early as the students will be marching in to the gym.
Well, the end is finally here. I have truly enjoyed teaching and getting to know everyone. I wish all my students the best in the future!
Grades 1-2

Please check for library books and classroom reading books. Some of you have them at home and they should be returned.
Icky and Tuffy are still hoping someone will take them for the summer. They get so lonely when the boys and girls are on vacation.
Bring your swimsuits and towels for the Broomfield Rec. Center Tomorrow. Students will also need a lunch for the park.
Thanks to all of you for your help throughout the year. I am sure ready for a break and so are the students. Have a wonderful summer. I am looking forward to seeing every one in August.

As you know, school is out at 12:15 on Thursday. Since many of these students have “full”desks and “full” lockers, please make sure they have an extra backpack or bags to carry things home. Also any assignments that have not yet been turned in need to be turned by 12:15 on Thursday.
I would like to thank all of the parents, students, faculty, and board members for the time I have had here at VRA. I have really enjoyed working with the 3rd and 4th grade class. I will miss them next year. |
Elitch Garden Tickets for $20
There are two tickets available to be used any time this season at Elitch Gardens. The cost is $20 per ticket. First come (with money in hand), first served. Please contact Sandy Hodgson.

School office and store will be open Mon – Thurs 1:00 – 4:00 PM
Lost and Found
Thursday will be the last day to retrieve your lost and found. We have lots of good winter coats, sweaters, jackets and misc. clothes and other items we would like to have you pick up. Any items not picked up by May 25 will be donated to charity.

We had a great time at Six Flags Elitch Gardens! A special thank you goes to all the parent sponsors who went!
We are taking some final tests this week as well as turning books in and cleaning out our desks. Please check your home for any VRA textbooks or library books!
Thursday we would like to have some munchies for an 11:00 a.m. party. If you can contribute, that would be great!
