Our literature connection this week is “A Snowman Named Just Bob” by Mark Moulton.  Our new sentence practice words this week is gray and on.  Hope everyone enjoys the holiday vacation!

I really enjoyed my first week of school and getting to know them and their abilities each day.  It is a pleasure to work with such wonderful young people.
New Hampshire (Concord) and New Jersey (Trenton) are our new states and capitals for this week.  We have begun a new unit on Native Americans in the NE US.

Please send a water bottle for your child to use in the classroom so they have it available without leaving the room during class.
