Registration Process
Step One:
Fill out the following information and send it to the school.
- Application
- Financial papers
- Financial Plan Worksheet
- Sponsorship Application (if needed)
- Recommendations
- Former teacher or principal
- Pastor
Step Two:
The school will check references and then call you to set up an appointment with the Admissions Committee.
Step Three:
The school will notify you regarding your acceptance or non-acceptance within four weeks of receipt of the complete application, recommendations, and financial papers.
Step Four:
Fill out the following forms and send them to the office.
- Medical
- Physical Examination
- Immunization Record
- Consent to Treat
- Transcript Request
- Volunteer Information Sheet
